At the Carlton North Natural Health centre we believe that Health is not merely the absence of disease, but an increase in vitality. We aim to work with your personal health goals on all levels including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

We have a wide variety of practitioners that can help each individual reach their highest potential in all aspects of their life. In these times of change and upheaval for many, it is more important than ever to take care of each aspect of ourselves.

The centre is located in the centre of the Rathdowne village in Carlton North.

Featured Workshop:

“The wounded self, and the healer within."

A one and a half day workshop that will explore • The structure of our Energetic or Auric body. • How our energetic body is constantly interacting with others. • How our beliefs are held in our Energetic and Physical bodies • How to transform beliefs that no longer serve us • How our beliefs and patterns hold us back from being all we can be. We will explore, in an experiential way the different parts of our Energetic Field and how it directly affects our everyday life and relationships. Our energy field is a dynamic aspect of us that in many ways defines how we are. We will explore in a safe environment how we can be held back in our lives by beliefs and patterns of behaviour, that we carry. We will also look at how we can bring about positive change in our lives by understanding how our beliefs and behavioural patterns can be transformed. The workshop will be held on the 27TH AND 28TH OF FEBRUARY, at The Carlton North Natural Health Centre in North Carlton. It will begin on Saturday the 27th at 2 pm till 6pm. Sunday will be from 9.30am till 5 with a lunch break. The cost for the workshop is $160 per person.
